However, many people feel a certain block to keep up the routine of training on the coldest days of the year.

The messages can be anything from motivational and inspirational quotes to trivia and interesting facts or even funny memes and jokes that will make you laugh.

Sleep better!

Getting 8 to 9 hours of sleep to wake up in a good mood can give you a helping hand when it comes time to face the cold weather outside. The ideal sleep should be at least 7 hours, so staying in bed a little longer can help your body face the winter with more courage!

Maybe you should change your schedule

In winter, prefer to train earlier or at the end of the day, even if it is colder. Because the relative humidity of the air is lower, especially between noon and 4 pm, and the concentration of pollutants is much higher.

Focus on your goals!

And to keep yourself motivated to train in winter, set yourself a goal to achieve by summer.

Evaluate what your goals are with physical activity, such as losing weight, gaining physical conditioning, lowering cholesterol levels, among other intentions.

To achieve these goals, the help of physical education professionals or even doctors and nutritionists can be very efficient.
