Sooro Renner Nutrição S.A. is an industry of dairy ingredients with high quality standards. The basic principle of Sooro’s processes is the concentration of nutrients in the whey, that is, the removal of the water from the whey, transforming it into powder. In addition to the concentration of whey nutrients, the company also fractionates these nutrients through membrane filtration systems, generating products with high concentrations of proteins, such as: WPI (Whey Protein Isolate), WPC (Whey Protein Concentrate) and products with high concentrations of lactose, such as whey permeate and whey powder. Currently, the company has two industrial units, one in the city of Marechal Cândido Rondon, Paraná and the other in Estação, in Rio Grande do Sul.

EXPORT

On June 24, 2020, Sooro Renner made its first shipment of dairy products out of Mercosur, a cargo of 25 thousand kilos of Whey Powder, bound for the Philippines, the cargo corresponds to a 40-foot container . The export will take place through the industrial plant of Marechal Cândido Rondon and represents a milestone for the company.

THE IMPORTANCE

After the merger between the companies Sooro and Relat, now known as Sooro Renner Nutrição, making it possible to combine the two industrial plants, we achieved an exponential increase in production capacity, a time when we strategically decided to cross Mercosur borders, exporting our products to other continents, “Today specifically we are very happy and fulfilled, we are operating the first export of whey powder to the Asian continent. Beginning of a new journey and new challenges, the result of the work and dedication developed by a team of top professionals and investment in new technologies ”, points out the CEO, William da Silva.

“Despite the moment of uncertainty, caused by the pandemic, we at Sooro Renner, throughout these 20 years of history, will continue to believe in better days, as we also believe in the recovery of the Brazilian and world economy”, points out Silva.

EXPANDING PRODUCTIVE CAPACITY

Sooro Renner is investing in the expansion of the Marechal Cândido Rondon Industrial Park in Paraná, the work is expected to be completed in the first half of 2021. With this investment, the production capacity of Whey and its derivatives should reach 230 tons per day , in both plants. “We do not stop here, we will continue to invest in new technologies and increasing the industrial production capacity more and more, in order to meet new demands and offer new products to the market”, points out Silva.
